Bookkeeping Synergy is a cloud solution bookkeeping business situated in Surrey but with a widespread client base throughout Surrey, Sussex and London. We are a team of six bookkeepers and an administrator. Our team is made up of mature people who have life skills and are required to conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner. They will want to get to know your business and what hopes and aspirations you have for the future. The more they understand your business and share in your enthusiasm for what you have created, the better they can do their job for you. We are regulated by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers for the purposes of Money Laundering Regulations and are registered with the ICO for client confidentiality.

We give a personal service and support to our London clients who will be using cloud based Xero software and who will use the most up to date methods of sending their information to us – scanned, photographed or using one of the add ons, Receipt Bank. They will accept all invoices and process them to integrate with Xero. Todays world of bookkeeping is vastly different to the one that we have known for many years. Traditionally, bookkeepers and accountants relied on piles of paper for information – today we are paper-light, store information to the cloud and archive in the cloud.
